Stainless steel containers and cans for milk

Condor’s mission is to ensure that our stainless steel products will last forever. From harvesting to distribution, from pasteurization to milk storage, when we at Condor accomplish something, we do it with the goal of fulfilling our mission to our customers.

Even the milk containers are entirely made of stainless steel, essential to ensure that the products with which they come into contact do not undergo any kind of alteration and, in the case of milk and food, that their storage is guaranteed over time in excellent hygienic conditions.

Steel containers suitable for containing all types of products

Our stainless steel containers are designed to be used for milking parlors, but being made of AISI 304L stainless steel, where “L” stands for “low carbon”, to protect the material from corrosion, they are suitable for containing all types of products. Not only food, but also cosmetics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Electropolished stainless steel milk containers

Another important feature of our stainless steel milk containers, as well as all our products, is that they undergo both external and internal electropolishing process. This particular processing sanitizes and sanitizes surfaces through an electrochemical process in which microcrystals of compounds (C, Mn, Si, P, Cu, etc.) not bonded to metals such as Nickel and Chromium are evenly removed. Thanks to electropolishing, the materials are sanded perfectly acquiring a very low roughness and consequently their resistance over time to corrosion and abrasion is very high.

Maintenance and cleaning of steel milk containers

The maintenance and cleaning of Condor stainless steel milk containers can be achieved with maximum ease thanks to electropolishing processing, decreasing the formation of organic deposits and reducing the risk of bacterial proliferation. Another important aspect is the aesthetic one because electropolishing enhances stainless steel surfaces, giving them a bright, shiny and polished look. We are not just talking about aesthetics, but about resistance over time to risks related to atmospheric agents, such as corrosion, abrasion and oxidation.

Stainless steel bins for milk transport

One of the milk containers historically produced on the farm are bins, which Condor has been making for over 60 years. These are stainless steel bins for transporting milk and other liquid, they are available with capacities of 20, 30 and 40 liters and can be equipped with different types of lid: lever with airtight closure and gasket, pressure taper, polyethylene. They can also be supplied complete with stainless steel filter funnels with filter inserts, also made of stainless steel.

Stainless steel tanks

All Condor tanks are made entirely of aisi 304L stainless steel, electropolished both internally and externally and can be both horizontal and vertical, insulated or not insulated. Condor tanks are made with a capacity ranging from 50 to 2000 liters and are equipped with a butterfly drain valve, also made of stainless steel or other types of connections, at the request of the customer. Tanks can be supplied with 230V or 380V stainless steel transfer pump.

Stainless steel tanks can be supplied complete with indoor and outdoor wheels, with and without parking brake. Alternatively, they can be equipped with a base and brackets to allow them to be moved with forklifts. The tanks, on the other hand, can be complete with base and brackets for moving with forklifts, or only with fixing feet.

MOCA certified stainless steel materials

All milk transport bins, lids, funnels, filters, as well as all other Condor containers, are made entirely within the company and are marked with the "Food Contact Materials" or "MOCA" brand and comply with CE - EN - CEI - EMC - EN regulations, thus obtaining food suitability.
