Milking buckets produced by Condor S.r.l. in an Amish community stable

Our Company Condor S.r.l., founded in 1962 and leader in the agriculture and livestock sector, boasts more than 60 years of experience in commercial activities; today we will share with you the one with the Amish religious community.

The Amish are a people of farmers and artisans of the United States, who, living from their harvest and their work, try to live in harmony with nature and with the resources that God has provided. They live, therefore, in a very simple way, on sheep farming, substantially refusing all the comforts of modern life.

Buckets with a capacity of 25 - 30 - 34 - 37 litres

For them we have been producing, for over 40 years, milking pails in stainless steel with capacities of 25 - 30 - 34 - 37 liters, made with a rolled edge or full reinforced edge and adaptable to any type of milking lid. Offering our customers a quality service is not an easy job, because it not only requires passion and dedication, but a strong focus on a world that has changed and is constantly changing. Indeed, it is known that over the years there has been a shift from manual to mechanical milking and that the conservation of milk has made it necessary to use suitable machinery to keep the milk in optimal hygienic conditions.

Complete terminal units

In fact, our complete terminal units ensure our customers a faster, more efficient and hygienically safe high-quality milk collection. They can be supplied with all types of stainless steel terminal vessels, both vertical and horizontal, with capacities from 35 to 300 liters. They can be powered at 230V – 380V – 50 Hz – 60 Hz. Condor terminal units are built entirely in AISI 304L stainless steel and electropolished both internally and externally.

Tanks, cisterns and mixers

Our company also manufactures, among its many excellent products, storage tanks, cisterns and mixers in 304L stainless steel, in compliance with current European regulations. The peculiar experience gained, supported by the considerable attention to technological evolution, allows us to create stainless steel tanks, stainless steel cisterns and milk mixers of high quality standards, thanks to the high quality of the materials used (all made in Italy) and the high level of specialization in design and production.

Tanks and cisterns for transporting milk

The tanks and cisterns for transporting milk from the barn to the dairy, produced within Condor company, are all made of AISI 304L and 316L stainless steel (non-magnetic austenitic stainless steel) and electropolished both inside and out, built with simple wall or insulated with highly performing certified materials. They are made with capacities from 50 to 2000 liters and are equipped with a butterfly discharge valve, also in stainless steel, or with other types of connections, upon customer request. The cisterns and tanks can be supplied with a 230V or 380V transfer pump.

Tanks in stainless steel

The steel tanks can be supplied complete with wheels for internal and external use, with and without parking brake. Alternatively, they can be equipped with a base and brackets to allow them to be moved with forklift trucks.

Stainless steel tanks

The tanks, on the other hand, can be supplied complete with base and brackets for moving with forklift trucks, or only with fixing feet.
